As Hurricane Barry was going through South Louisiana, I drove down to Sea Rim State Park just east of the storm to see what our beach looked like. I found the water was pushed out a lot futher than usual. Instead of sand in some parts of the beach there was mud. The wind had dried the mud so much it was cracking and made it look like broken tile.
